Do I have to create an account in order to buy a deal?
The deal looks great. I want to buy it, what should I do?
Just click the "Buy Now!" button before the offer ends. You can pay for deals using your Credit Card. There is no minimum number of deals needed to activate a deal, so once your payment clears, we’ll send you a voucher for the deal by email or text message straight away. You can then redeem this voucher from the retailer. Simple!
What happens after I buy?
After purchasing a deal, you will receive your voucher by email and/or text message, once your payment has been processed. You can then redeem your voucher from the deal's retailer by quoting your unique voucher code. Make sure to read the terms of your deal as they can affect how and when to redeem your voucher.
When will I get my voucher?
You will receive your voucher by email and/or text message once we've processed your payment. If you haven't received your voucher within two working days you should check your email spam folder. If after all that, there's still no sign of your voucher please contact us and we’ll do our very best to sort out what went wrong.
Who can I share the deal with?
You can share the amazing offers you find with friends, family, colleagues, basically anyone you feel would be interested in our deals. Share the news through Facebook, Twitter and email. If you’re feeling extra generous, you can even buy one as a gift. It’s nice to be nice after all!
Are my SmartSearch payments safe?
When will my voucher expire?
All of our deals are different, and have individual deal specific terms. You need to check the expiration date in the deal’s terms and conditions before purchasing, or the date printed on your voucher.
Can I get a refund for my voucher?
Because of the nature of the deals, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your deal, contact us at email@example.com and we will do our very best to sort out the situation. Please note that if there is something wrong with the purchase, contact us as soon as possible, as after a week from purchase we are generally unable to offer refunds.
Can I buy the deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes, our deals are transferable unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the deal. You can gift the deal either by sending it via email upon purchase, or printing it out and giving it as a gift certificate. You can also forward on your voucher code via text message. Please note that a voucher can only be used once.
What if the business for my voucher closes down?
In the very rare event that you are unable to redeem your voucher, contact us and we’ll make sure you’re refunded.
If I only use a portion of the value of the voucher, can I use the remainder at another time?
No. Unless the Terms and Conditions of the deal state otherwise, you need to use the whole voucher in the one visit. The retailer will not offer cash back or store credit for any unused portion of the voucher.
Can SmartSearch vouchers be combined with other special offers?
No, unless clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the deal.
